Frantz, Jr. The N.C. Chapter meets the second Sunday of February, April, September and November each year at Otterbein United Methodist Church, 301 W. Philadelphia Street, York, Pa. The meetings consists of a short business meeting and some type of program or presentation about the PRR and related subjects. A SIGNAL BRIDGE newsletter is sent out about two weeks prior to each meeting to keep Chapter members updated on items of interest concerning the Chapter, local railroad news, and national PRR T&HS information. N.C. Chapter dues are $10.00 a year. |

Official membership meetings are held quarterly in different locations in the region to "share the distance". The Chapter sponsors additional activities such as home layout visits, group railfan trips, and other events between meetings. The quarterly newsletter, The East Wind, covers a wide variety of topics including club news and schedules, modeling stories, photos, memorabilia, Pennsy history, and more -all with a Pennsy flavor. Annual dues are $15
payable by January 1. Dues cover mailing and copying expenses of the club.
