Railroad Heritage Days at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania September 9th and 10th. We're pleased to announce that the PRRT&HS will be partnering with the Museum during their Railroad Heritage Days event! September 9th
Unique features and changes made
to the A5s #94, G5s #5741 and H6sb #2846
Presented by Joe Acri
Joe will start with the A5s, G5s and H6sb and he will spend at least 30 minutes at each piece of equipment. Presentation will
include copies of the equipment record cards and betterment documents
showing the featured changes. Copies of the issued tracings that were
created for the change will be included. A brief discussion of why the
PRR was required, by the ICC, to maintain these record cards for the
life of the equipment until retired and information about the 3
different types of betterments that were applied to equipment.10:15 A.M. September 10th Unique

Joe will start with the B6sb and then move to the M1b. Presentation will include copies of the equipment record cards and
betterment documents showing the featured changes. Copies of the issued

applied to equipment. At 1:30 in the Museum auditorium, Don Fisher will
do his G5s presentation that he did at the convention this year adding
some additional LIRR G5s slides. Our #5741 was briefly used on the LIRR.Presented by Joe Acri. 12:30 P.M. Society and Chapter table gatherings. The
Society as well as several local chapters will have tables setup to
sell merchandise and solicit new members. Local modelers have been
contacted about having a table for a show and tell about their modeling
skills. These tables will be set up around the John Bull locomotive.
The RRMPA has agreed to display the keystone number plate from K4s #1737 at the PRRT&HS table. In conjunction with this display Joe Acri will give some information about how K4s #3750 became #1737.
