These next photographs highlight some of the steps during the repair process to the nose. 

Number board frame rust required sheet steel to be renewed.

All sheet fabrication and cutting is performed at the Juniata facility. 

Juniata is equipped with hydraulic shears for cutting steel stock.

Notice the rust at sill below the sandbox door. Unit had been previously patched.
