TKM Now Available on CD

 

     The first 12 issues of TKM (August 2003 – July 2004), the second 12 issues (August 2004 - July 2005), the third twelve issues (August 2005 - July 2006) and the fourth twelve issues (August 2006 - July 2007) are now for sale on CD. Purchases of 12 issues are limited to one to a customer at a price of  $15.00 to members ($16.05 for NJ residents) or $45.00 to non-members ($48.15 for NJ residents).  PDF* ONLY AND PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR MEMBER NUMBER.

 

A CD of all 48 issues is also available at $60.00 for members ($64.20 for NJ residents) or $180.00 for non-members ($192.60 for NJ residents).
