Where do you find spare parts?

We do not wish to ever consider it however, should an incident occur requiring spare parts, Juniata Terminal has added a former E9 BN nose units to its' material store.

An extra passenger pilot has also been added to the store.

E8/E9/EP22 parts are few and far between!  These items were purchased from a scrap dealer in Illinois.  There were but two nose assemblies remaining.

When asked why the purchase of this scrap nose, Eric Levin advised that his primary concern was to be able to protect against damage to the compound curves that make up the Bulldog nose.  The area of the headlight extending out to both the left and right would be easier repaired (if necessary) by cutting and fitting sections of the BN nose rather than to attempt to heat and straighten the PRR nose.

Additional components purchased include a coupler, doors and door frame and LSL among other things.
