Restoration of PRR 5809A class EP-22

The Philadelphia Chapter of the PRRT&HS expresses its sincere appreciation to Bennett Levin

for granting his permission to publish the restoration process of PRR 5809A on our website.

A high pressure water system was used to cut through and remove the many 

layers of paint and undercoat.
